A joint initiative of Aaghaz Foundation and The Aligarh Forum, LGCC caters to Muslim students preparing for Banking, Railways and LIC examinations where thousands of posts are advertised each year.

Only a minuscule percentage of Muslim students make it to engineering, medicals and civil services.
A large chunk of them remain unemployed because there are very few organisations to guide them about opportunities in sectors like Banking, LIC, Railways etc where they have a very high probability of gettting a job.

The Lucknow Guidance and Coaching Centre fills this gap by offering four to five months courses in the following streams:

Bank Probation officers
Bank clerical staff
LIC/Railways
Speed Test

A faculty comprising experts in the field has been hired at LGCC to take classes between 8am and 11 am six days a week.
